Black Melody 50 denier printed tights Lili Gambettes is one of the richly illustrated Lili Gambettes styles in which the drawing matters as much as the colour. The Melody theme is worked in a darker, more discreet palette, allowing its poetic illustrated details to remain visible without overwhelming an outfit. The exclusive artwork is printed around the whole leg in 360°, so there is no simple 'front motif': the composition remains visible and detailed from every angle.
Beyond the graphics, the construction is a major reason these tights work so well in everyday wear: opaque 50-denier density, a resistant stretch knit, a comfortable close fit and an elasticated upper-thigh support band that helps keep them in place. The 84% nylon / 16% elastane composition gives enough stretch to follow the leg without sagging.
The line has been sold and validated since 2013 by thousands of demanding customers. For styling, a plain dress, skirt or shorts keeps the focus on the illustration while letting the colours become the statement element.
For a strong but balanced look, wear the print with a plain skirt, dress or shorts and dark footwear, for example black El Naturalista ankle boots. This lets the illustration remain the focal point.
