Returns possible for every orders, online sale worldwide shipping

Making a return :

Returns of orders must be requested in your account first and an email of acceptance of our return services will be send to you.

With Chic Ethnique, you have 14 days after reception of your parcel, to return it to us.
Attention, for reasons of hygiene the tights are returnable only if they were not tried. 

In order to facilitate a return of product, you must make a request of return directly on your account (explanations after the green text on this page), we will then send you an e-mail to confirm and give you the procedure to follow for your return (for example fill the return form on the back of your invoice, send back the articles quickly and do not staple the parcel).

The "returns" transport costs are prepaid if your order has been sent with the transporter Mondial Relay and if you paid the "Easy return option" in your cart, which costs 3€.
This is possible for France, Belgium, Spain, and Netherlands, only.

If you are not form these countries or if you did not pay the Extra service "Easy return option", the shipping return costs are at your own charge.

If an order has benefited from the "10% discount for 3 ordered articles", this discount will no longer be applied if the order is returned and less than 3 articles are kept (the regularisation will be made at the time of the credit note or the reimbursement).

Possible compensations to be specified on the return form on the back of the invoice:

Exchanges: you have the possibility of exchanging an item if it does not suit you, by re-ordering on our site and returning the unsuitable item for a refund.
Credit note: if you do not wish to reorder, we can offer you a credit note for the value of the items on your next purchase. This credit is available 12 months on your customer account.

Refund: we will refund the items by the means of payment originally used, provided that the returned order is in its original condition. Chic Ethnique assures a fast refund (15 days maximum, generally the day of the reception of the articles).

The mini shipping costs will be refunded (case of an order of less than 35€ delivered in Colissimo), refunding of the fixed price "Mondial Relay", that is to say 3€. Same thing for France, Belgium, Spain, and Netherlands, if you choose Home Delivery we refund only the Mondial Relay cost, so 0€ if your order is bigger than 35€.

Returns are made either by Mondial Relay (contact us before), or by the Post Office, or by dropping off the item at the boutique for local customers, as soon as possible.
